Collection: Cauca

Cauca, a prominent region in Colombia, is renowned for its production of high-quality specialty coffee. Its diverse climate, characterized by the Western and Eastern mountain ranges that cross it, coupled with the rich tradition and passion of its people, has made it the fourth-largest producer of 100% Colombian coffee and the first in terms of the number of coffee-growing families. Over 90,000 families cultivate an impressive 230,000 acres of specialty Arabica Colombian coffee in small plots. Cauca coffee is cultivated by peasant, indigenous, and Afro-descendant communities, ensuring a single origin coffee. This designation guarantees a gourmet coffee with a strong fragrance and aroma, featuring caramel notes. In the cup, it presents high acidity, medium body, a balanced overall impression, and a clean, smooth taste with subtle citric, sweet, and floral notes.
